WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Mar. 4, 2013-- The Washington Post Company (NYSE:WPO) announced today that it has completed the sale of The Herald, a daily and Sunday newspaper headquartered in Everett, WA; La Raza; and its other print and online products to Sound Publishing, Inc., a Washington state-based subsidiary of Black Press Ltd. Details of the transaction were not disclosed.
